You will become healthier. By loving yourself first you make healthier choices. Eating healthier meals and exercising daily are two ways you demonstrate self-love. This will help to improve your quality of life, making you look, feel and perform better.

You will always have someone to depend on, YOU. When you put yourself first, you feel confident enough to make your own decisions and to stick with your goals, even when you fail. You are strong enough to get back up and keep trying.

It makes it easier to say, “No” to others. If you practice self-love, you know what your priorities are and are not afraid to tell others “no.” By turning down additional commitments you allow yourself to focus on your priorities.

It will allow you to connect with others on deeper level. You are honest about how you feel as well as love and respect yourself. This allows you to open yourself up to connect with others on a deeper level.

There is no right or wrong way to start loving yourself, but it’s up to you to start doing it. Life will become much more fulfilling and deeper friendships will form. You not only will look, feel and perform better, but you will notice that it is easier to achieve what you want out of life.
